Social Enterprise

We accept the definition of social enterprise as set out by Social Traders;

”Using the power of the marketplace to solve the most pressing societal problems, social enterprises are commercially viable businesses existing to benefit the public and the community, rather than shareholders and owners.”

Make A difference Community has a social purpose to eradicate hunger in Victoria, we derive a considerable amount of our income from trade and most importantly we donate 50% of our annual profits to our charity partners.

Our vision as a social enterprise is to ensure all food charities around Victoria have access to ample food. By purchasing and providing food to our charity partners we are directly funding meals for those experiencing food insecurity.

As consumers we all pay excessively for everyday products and services. By purchasing Make A Difference Community products and services you contribute towards eradicating hunger in Victoria. Our vision is clear – with the support of consumers we can all be a part of the solution.
