Masci Group

Masci Group was founded by the Masci brothers Marc and Daniel. The boys have been involved in personal, business and property development and construction since 1998. Starting 8 successful businesses from ground up, this was just the beginning for the brothers as they have also been on an enlightening personal journey where they connect with as many AWESOME people, places and experiences as possible AND share their powerful message of gratitude, grace, passion and living a beautiful life.

Operating under the Masci Group are subsidiary companies Masci Services Group, providing business essentials including Accounting, Admin, Payroll, HR , Leadership and mentoring; Masci Property Group completing developments in the office, industrial and residential sectors; MultiCiv, a  medium density residential construction company; Interface Constructions, specialising in commercial construction, early contractor involvement and design and construction; and 8 Architecture.

“We aim to inspire our teams and community to be AWESOME so they can pursue their loftiest ambitions and face challenges to become their best selves.”

Community programs that Masci Group are passionate about include:

The Father Bob Maguire Foundation

Melbourne based registered charity The Father Bob Maguire Foundation provides food relief, social inclusion, educational support, and a range of services to all those in need, ensuring that no one’s forgotten.

Masci has partnered with this incredible charity to assist in supplying 1,000 kg of pasta each year. Our staff also helps out by with pro bono work and giving them a hand with the cooking and serving of meals.

CommuniTree is a ‘give-back’ initiative, established in March, 2020, by the Masci Group of Companies.  We have partnered with local Victorian councils and are planting trees throughout the year, for every project we are awarded, across all brands.

Upon a project’s completion, Masci Group purchases and plants 100 trees.

We are extremely grateful for the success that we have experienced and are looking forward to giving tonnes of food back to The Make A Difference Community to fight hunger for families in need.
